VILLA DIMITRIS is a complex of 20 apartments and studios at the northen part of Pieria Region in Greece, under the Castle of Platamon at the foot of Mt Olympus.

Villa Dimitris first openned in summer ’74 from our parents Dimitris and Pinelopi in a two floors building of 10 furnished apartments with private kitchen and bathroom. In early ’80 a new building of 4 furnished apartments was build and added to the existance bussiness and some years later 10 more studios in the main building. The complex has a garden of 3.000sqm full of vegetation, with BBQ fashilities, lunch/dinner tables, deck chairs, etc, WC, shower, parking space. Our bussiness is one of the oldest in the area as well as our family in the tourist industry, welcoming every year hundreds of turists comming from all over Europe and not only, trying to make them feel like home and having the best memories.

Our complex located about 150m from the sea of Panteleimon Beach, a well known beach for the crystal clear sea water and full of vegetation landscape. In a short distance from Villa you will find mini markets, cafes, restaurants, meat shops, fish shops, etc as well as beach bars along the beach.

In each studio or apartment you will find equipped kitchen, fridge, kitchenette, electrical speed kettle, a room with one double and one single bed( in some of them there is a couch), TV, A/C, bathroom with hairdryer, and a balcony.
