Zašto baš Planinska kuća Čudesni bor? Pre svega, i upravo razlog velike posećenosti naše kuće, jeste lokacija. Nalazimo se u vikend naselju iznad hotela “Pepa”, paralelno sa ski stazom “Centar”, na samo 550m od centra, a u najmirnijem delu Divčibara, gde gradnja nije dozvoljena. Ono što ističe boravak kod nas, jeste udaljenost 50m od asfaltnog puta i nema buke od automobila i prolaznika, već imate potpuni mir i privatnost
