- I expect that guests feel cosy like in own home and take care on my property also like it's their home because I leave my property on guests trust. Please turn off everthing in apartment when you are outside special watch on air conditioner,stove,and button for warm water because of safety. When you turn on air condition please close the door of bathroom and entrance door and window and also when you leave house turn of aircondition, and open window for fresh air inside until you come back and leave bathroom window always open because of the ventilation. This is a safe private property, and it is enough to just lock the door before you go outside. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace. I will be very grateful and welcome for guests understanding of this rules and provide it.
