Pozicija apartmana je u gornjem delu Banovog brda. U neposrednoj blizini, do 500m, su autobuska stajališta sa preko 10 linija gradskog prevoza, odlično organizovana komunikacija sa svim delovima grada (do centra se stiže za 15-20 minuta); super marketi, McDonalds i mnogi drugi restorani, fast food-ovi sa radnim vremenom 24/7, bankomati i menjačnice – sve u krugu krugu od 500m. Sportski centar Košutnjak, kompleks otvorenih bazena, izletište i kupalište Ada Ciganlija (u krugu do 1km), Beogradski sajam (u krugu do 3km), a preko Novog mosta na Novi Beograd i shoping molova se stiže kolima za 10 minuta.

Apartman Meri ima dve odvojene sobe i trpezariju sa kuhinjom: spavaća soba sa bračnim ležajem i dodatnim proširenim krevetom, dnevna soba sa dva kreveta na rasklapanje, odvojena trpezarija, sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, kupatilo sa tuš kabinom. Stan je potpuno opremljen: TV, WiFi, klima, centralno grejanje, interfon, peškiri, posteljina, kompletno posudje za pravljenje i konzumiranje hrane, mikrotalasna, kombinacija kafemata, veš mašina, fen. Veoma prijatan, funkcionalan i čist stan, renoviran na proleće 2017. Sve je potpuno predvidjeno za boravak оd 3 do 5 osoba, sa veoma prostranom i prijatnom terasom pored kuće. Posedujemo besplatan parking za 2-3 automobila.

The apartment is located in the upper part of the the Banovo Brdo district. In the walking distance there are: bus stops for over 10 public transport lines  connecting  all parts of the city ( you can reach the very center in no more than 15-20 minutes); supermarkets, McDonald’s and many other restaurants and fast-foods  with working hours 24/7, ATMs and exchange offices,  all this within a 500 meters distance. The Košutnjak Sports Center with a complex of outdoor pools and the river island Ada Ciganlija (with skating and bicycle rinks, numerous sports grounds, beach restaurants and bars by the lake in which you can swim!) are both located within a 1 km radius, Belgrade Fair is at 3 km distance, and you can reach two big shopping malls in New Belgrade in just 10 minutes by car, riding across the new bridge over the Sava river.

The“ Meri“ apartment has two separate rooms and a dining room with kitchen: the bedroom has a double bed with space for an additional bed, and the living room has two sofa beds. Completely separated dining room features a fully equipped kitchen, and there is a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with: TV, wi-fi connection, air conditioning, central heating, intercom, towels, linens, cookware and dishes for preparing and eating meals, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer. A cosy, functional and clean apartment, with a spacious and pleasant balcony, renovated in spring 2017. Free parking space for 2-3 cars. The apartment has the possibility to accommodate 3-5 people.
