Visitors can set off on a walking tour around the lake and absorb its fresh air and scenic views, while the 6km coastline provides virtually endless opportunities to lay back and unwind with some cloud-gazing activities.

A short climb up one of the nearby hills offers an amazing view of the Church (the Assumption of Mary), located atop of the lake’s picturesque little island. The view is then further embellished with the wonderous backdrop of the Karavanke Mountains, a truly idyllic landscape.
